At Journeys with JoJo, we want you to love your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, we’re here to help.
Because every item is created specifically for your order, returns and exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. However, we review every request individually and will always do our best to provide a fair solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at jolissajilestravelagency@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the item and the problem
Once we review your request, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Sizing & Product Information
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order. Because products are made to order, refunds or exchanges for sizing, color, or style selections cannot always be guaranteed.
If you experience a sizing issue, please contact us. We’ll review each request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to help.
Please note that slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting, and the printing process. Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before production begins. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Returns
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
